Pinnacle is excited to announce the strategic acquisition of Chepstow based AlphaLogix Ltd, a well-established Sage and Managed IT solutions provider. This marks Pinnacle’s first acquisition since becoming the technology solutions division of K3 Capital Group, further demonstrating its ambitious expansion strategy and commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to the SME sector across the UK and Ireland.
