Pinnacle Strengthens Customer Focus with Key Leadership Appointments
Pinnacle is delighted to announce the appointment of Susan Whiffin as Head of Account Management and Roslyn McKee as Team Leader for Pinnacle Direct. These strategic appointments reinforce Pinnacle’s commitment to customer excellence, relationship management, and people development.
With over 20 years of ERP experience, Susan brings a deep understanding of customer needs, business processes, and technology solutions. In her new role, she will lead Pinnacle’s Customer Account Management Team, ensuring customers maximise their return on investment while leveraging Pinnacle’s portfolio of solutions, including Sage, Acumatica, MITS, Digital Transformation, and ISVs to support their business processes and growth ambitions.

Roslyn McKee appointed as Pinnacle Direct Team Leader
Further reinforcing our commitment to customer excellence, Roslyn McKee has been appointed Team Leader for Pinnacle Direct, bringing over 15 years of experience to the role. Pinnacle Direct is dedicated to customer service and sales support, working closely with Pinnacle's Customer Account Management Team to enhance the customer experience. In her new role, Roslyn will focus on strengthening customer engagement, driving retention, and ensuring Pinnacle continues to deliver exceptional service.
