Pinnacle Promotes 2 roles into its Leadership Team

Pinnacle is delighted to make 2 appointments to its leadership team, to support the ever-expanding business needs.

Pamela brings with her over 20 years of experience working in consultancy and analytics roles managing teams, projects, and processes.

The new role will see her lead Pinnacle’s Contracts team as well as drive best practices operationally, to meet the demands of an ever-growing and expanding business, aiming to deliver a first-class service to our customers and colleagues.

On her appointment, Pamela commented,

“I am thrilled to take on the Contracts and Operations Manager role within Pinnacle, especially at an important time in the company's growth journey.

I am very excited to embrace a fresh challenge within the Pinnacle business, working with our contracts and finance teams as they support business growth”.

Jillian brings over 16 years of experience in Sage 200 consultancy to the role and will manage a team of consultants dedicated to delivering Sage 200 upgrades and Sicon Approval projects.

The team was designed to ensure our customers are on the latest technologies and are legislatively compliant, as well as ensuring system security.

Jillian commented, "I am really looking forward to this new challenge. I am fortunate to lead an already established team who are very focused on ensuring our customers are on the latest technologies to maximise efficiencies.

I look forward to supporting our consultants in their role, as well as ensuring our customers have the best user experience".
