Pinnacle acquires Sage partner Prosys Computing Ltd

The acquisition of Sage 200 business partner Prosys Computing Ltd, for an undisclosed sum, strengthens Pinnacles’ presence in Wales and the South West of England, adding over 100 Sage customers to an already sizeable base of over 1900. Pinnacle’s Welsh team headcount will increase to over 20, with a further 10 Sage specialists joining the team from the acquisition.

The acquisition marks Pinnacle as the premier provider of Sage business management software solutions across the UK and Ireland.

The acquisition is the latest stage of expansion by Pinnacle.
