Elevate 24: Pinnacle's 2024 Kick-off Conference

Gathered at the renowned Belfast Titanic Hotel, Pinnacle staff from across the UK and Ireland converged for Elevate 24, our 2024 team kick-off conference. Situated amidst historic surroundings, this iconic venue, also a valued customer of Pinnacle, lent special significance to our gathering.

Over two dynamic days, the conference sparked enthusiasm and strengthened connections among our team, setting the stage for an elevated year ahead.

Day 1 commenced with a Company Town Hall, featuring essential business updates and divisional highlights. In the afternoon, divisional meetings and divisional dinners at various locations in Belfast fostered invaluable networking and collaboration opportunities among our teams.

Day 2 exemplified our dedication to teamwork and wellness. Fran McKee, Director of People & Culture, facilitated a compelling panel discussion with esteemed business leaders, exploring the profound impact of teamwork, emphasising resilience, trust, and effective leadership. Participants gained actionable insights applicable across industries, reinforcing the pivotal role of collaboration in achieving collective success.

Shifting focus to wellness, "The Breath Sensei," David Toney, shared practical techniques to enhance mental focus and overall wellbeing. From scientifically proven breathing methods to stress management strategies, attendees departed equipped with tools for navigating modern work life with resilience and balance.

Chairman and Founder Ken Montgomery's vision, along with MD Jeremy Biggerstaff's "Future 5" strategy, underscore our commitment to growth and innovation. Additionally, we welcomed questions from the floor, engaging directors in open sessions of Q&A, further reinforcing our culture of transparency and collaboration.
