Reducing the volume of current data held for your Sage 1000/Line 500 company can improve the speed of the processing, transaction enquiries and reporting making the process easier to find relevant information. An archiving mechanism is available within the key Sage modules and once used previous years archives can be retrieved quickly and easily from the separate enquiry options selecting the relevant year/period archive and we will give you an overview on how to run these options.
