Pinnacle, 6 times winners of the “Sage 200cloud Partner of the Year Award” and a Sage Platinum Elite Partner, is seeking to recruit a Sage 200cloud Account Manager to join its growing team in England to account manage its diverse and rapidly growing Sage 200cloud customer base.

Operating in the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia, applicants should have a minimum of 2 years Sage 200cloud Account Management or Sage 200cloud Consultancy experience, have good technical knowledge of the product, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You should be able to demonstrate a history of over-achieving targets.

Reporting to the Business Development Director, David Whitcroft, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and managing client requirements; consultative development of Pinnacle's Sage 200cloud customer sites while identifying suitable sales opportunities to achieve set revenue targets; managing the sales process through the internal CRM system.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent relationship-building and influencing skills coupled with a sound commercial and technical understanding of the Sage 200cloud and CRM technologies.

Salary will be negotiable depending on track record and experience. The position is permanent.
